Grief and Loss
Grief is painful and is something all of us have, or will experience. Losing someone or something you love is hard.
These may include the death of loved-one or pet, or a relationship break-up. Other issues include health, possessions, losing a job or moving.
Grieving is an individual process, influenced by factors such as your personality, life experience, how you cope under stress, your faith and how significant the loss is. It is worth noting that grief, including such emotions as sadness or anger, fade over time, but seek help if you feel that the process is taking too long.
