Everyone gets angry or stressed, but is now these feelings are dealt with that is the issue.
In anger, the problem is what behaviour occurs when the feelings arise. Anger is a normal, healthy response in an evolutionary sense. This emotion allowed us to survive in a threatening situation. But as a strong emotion, anger can make it hard to judge objectively whether this is an appropriate or inappropriate reaction. And also whether this anger is affecting those around you.
Counselling allows for a dispassionate response in recognising triggers that might be behind this reaction.
